      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and maintain a continuous flow of prospects and candidates using advanced internet searching skills and networking
      - Proactively source talented and diverse candidates through innovative recruitment techniques
      - Identify candidates to fill critical positions through online database searches and referrals
      - Utilize internal databases and conduct research to enhance recruitment efforts
      - Facilitate recruitment initiatives that align with business goals and budget

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience using internet search tools
      - Associate's degree in a related field, or relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree requirement on a year-for-year basis
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing strategies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or staffing
      - Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
      - Ability to build relationships with leaders and guide sourcing discussions
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in evaluating issues
