- Identify top Oral Surgeons, Restorative Dentists, Prosthodontists, and other specialists via LinkedIn, niche dental communities, conferences, alumni networks, professional associations, and referral channels.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for recurring clinical needs across markets.
- Conduct talent mapping for new markets and expansion regions.
- Craft high-quality, personalized outreach messages tailored to clinical talent.
- Execute high-volume, targeted outreach across channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, email sequences, text, and referrals).
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships that encourage engagement and longterm interest in Nuvia.
- Conduct initial qualification screens for clinical skillset, board certification, licensing status, patient philosophy, compensation alignment, and relocation preferences.
- Evaluate alignment with Nuvia’s quality-of-care standards and full-arch methodology.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements for each specialty role.
- Provide market intel, competitive insights, and candidate availability trends.
- Communicate proactively about pipeline health and candidate progress.
- Maintain accurate sourcing activity within ATS/CRM platforms.
- Track response rates, channel performance, and pipeline conversions to optimize sourcing strategy.
- Leverage Boolean searches, sourcing extensions, and analytics tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- 2–5+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter and experience in a provider level hiring role required
- Dental industry sourcing experience highly preferred (or proven ability to source niche hard-to-fill talent within that industry).
- Demonstrated success sourcing specialized professionals.
- Looking for a sourcer that can go beyond the standard sourcing methods such as Linkedin, Indeed, AAOMS ect.
- Expert Boolean search skills; ability to uncover passive talent in niche groups.
- Strong written communication and high-quality outreach messaging.
- Ability to manage high-volume pipelines while remaining detail-oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sourcing enablement tools.
- Resourceful, persistent, and highly self-directed (thrives in a remote environment).
- Curious and data-driven — constantly testing better sourcing strategies.
- Relationship-oriented; understands how to engage and nurture passive talent.
- High follow-through, accuracy, and accountability.
- Strong sense of urgency and bias for action aligned with Nuvia’s growth pace.
- 20–35 qualified dental specialist leads sourced per week (mix of Oral Surgeons, Restorative Dentists, Prosthodontists, CRNAs and key clinical roles).
- 40–60% outreach-to-response rate through personalized, high-quality messaging.
- 8–12 qualified candidates advanced to recruiter screening per week.
- Consistent pipeline coverage for all active searches, with at least 3–5 viable candidates per open role at all times.
- Accurate and timely CRM/ATS updates (100% of outreach and candidate movement logged within 24 hours).
- Strong alignment between sourced candidates and Nuvia’s clinical quality, production standards, and culture expectations.
- Positive candidate feedback regarding professionalism, clarity, and relationshipbuilding.
- Proactive identification of new sourcing channels and approaches that improve lead flow.
Nuvia Role: Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Pay: 50k-60k yr base +25% commissionThe Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying top-tier Oral Surgeons, Dentists, CRNAs and other specialized dental professionals to meet Nuvia’s rapid national expansion needs.
This role builds targeted talent pipelines, drives outbound sourcing strategies, and partners closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to ensure a consistent flow of highly qualified clinical candidates. The specialist ensures a world-class first-touch candidate experience while upholding Nuvia’s high standards of professionalism, speed, and quality. This is a remote role supporting hiring across multiple states and time zones.
