      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand staffing needs and develop an innovative recruitment strategy
      - Execute advanced sourcing methods including social media and community engagement to attract a diverse pool of candidates
      - Conduct cold calls to passive candidates to present job opportunities for critical positions
      - Perform structured screenings and assessments to ensure applicants meet job and organizational requirements
      - Communicate the status of searches and maintain recruitment metrics consistently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Lean Human Capital Certification - RogueHire within 180 days
      - 1-3 years of recruitment experience
      - Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily, including effective communication and visual acuity
      - Commitment to uphold the employer's mission, vision, core values, and social principles
      - Ability to comply with safety principles, laws, regulations, and standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
      - Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of practice
