As a Sourcer, you can help someone create a new career opportunity while helping to fill a critical need at Main Line Health. Sourcing is a talent management specialty focused on the identification, assessment and engagement of skilled candidates by utilizing proactive recruiting techniques. This position will require proactiveness, innovation, and the ability to create methods to initially research, identify, and qualify candidates for a wide variety for roles.
