- Partner with department hiring teams and senior leadership to develop role profiles, formulate recruitment strategies, and execute sourcing plans to identify and attract qualified candidates for interviews in a timely manner at the most efficient cost.
- Post jobs and source candidates via social media and other internet sources. Coordinate and execute candidate screening and interviewing processes to ensure the selection of the best-qualified talent to meet position requirements. Prepare behavioral-based interview guides for use in the interviews. Collect feedback, gain consensus, and facilitate offers or rejections. Facilitate management of external recruiting sources as needed.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, vendors, and HR business partners (HRBP). Educate candidates about ARC, our culture, benefits, and the organization's expectations. Educate vendors on ARC hiring needs and the recruiting process. Keep hiring managers and HRBP updated on recruiting efforts, difficult positions, or upcoming offers.
- Participate in recruitment events in support of military, diversity, and college hiring requirements. Develop outreach efforts to support affirmative action goals.
- Provide reports and communication when needed.
- Manage and oversee talent acquisition programs, including the intern program, new hire orientation, and diversity outreach initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance candidate and employee experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field is preferred, equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience in a corporate environment
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems and workflows, including report creation, LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Highly organized self-starter who requires minimal supervision and who excels in a team environment
- Project management, prioritization and implementation skills
- Ability to present ARC to candidates with a high degree of professionalism, comfort and confidence
- Ability to manage information in a confidential and professional manner

ARC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People & Culture team! In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to fill open positions using a well-planned recruiting strategy designed to attract top talent and meet business needs. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes preparing requisitions, obtaining approvals, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, facilitating a behavioral-based interviewing process, preparing offers, conducting pre-employment screening, and onboarding new hires. You will help lead key talent acquisition programs, such as the intern program, talent diversity outreach, new hire orientation, new hire buddy program, and hiring manager training.
