      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead recruitment efforts for positions across all practice areas and regions, focusing on the North American market
      - Conduct full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
      - Communicate the status of openings and recruitment efforts to internal teams and stakeholders
      - Utilize social media and sourcing tools to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline
      - Stay updated on industry trends and local job markets to inform recruitment strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
      - Experience as a global full cycle recruiter in a fast-paced environment
      - Proven track record in delivering high-quality candidates
      - Strong understanding of global recruitment trends and best practices
      - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional services experience is a plus
      - Familiarity with SmartRecruiters ATS is advantageous
