      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead full-cycle recruitment across various divisions, including drafting job announcements and managing candidate communication
      - Serve as a consultative resource to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with civil service processes and workforce needs
      - Coordinate and track background checks and fingerprinting in compliance with state requirements
      - Represent the Department at outreach events and job fairs, developing strategic pipelines with community organizations
      - Manage learning compliance and track employee development through the Department's Learning Management System (LMS)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Direct experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a government or high-volume hiring environment
      - Familiarity with pre-employment screening and compliance protocols
      - Proficiency with Workday or comparable human resource management systems
      - Knowledge of functional job analysis and civil service frameworks
      - Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in civil service hiring or high-volume, regulated recruitment settings
      - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
      - Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in recruitment practices
      - Experience managing training initiatives and tracking compliance through a Learning Management System
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
