- Manage multiple positions simultaneously, providing updates to internal teams and stakeholders
- Utilize social media and sourcing tools to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Experience as a global full cycle recruiter in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates
- Strong understanding of global recruitment trends and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional services experience is a plus
- Familiarity with SmartRecruiters ATS is also advantageous
