- Req#: R0000264473
- Work with TA Partner recruitment and hiring plans for production aligned positions.
- Work with TA Partner on improving metrics for Recruiting– analyzing trends and comparing to industry best practice to continually improve recruitment strategies.
- Partnering with hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization, leveraging data.
- Build relationships with key partner organizations to enhance the Caterpillar brand in local communities.
- Participate in recruitment engagement events / campaigns specifically for hard to fill roles.
- Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry-leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles.
- Contribute towards broader recruiting team projects.
- Work with candidates on completing background checks, drug tests, and pre-screens.
- The primary location(s) for this position are: Denver, CO., Clayton, OH., Morton, IL., or Champaign, IL.
- This position is required to report on-site, to a PSLD facility, at least 3 days/week
- This position may require 10% travel.

What You Have:
Relationship Management : Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques, methods, and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term candidates.
Staffing and Recruiting : Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques, and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain, and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decision.
