What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in identifying and organizing recruiting functions while representing the employer at hiring events
- Establish relationships with area colleges and universities offering healthcare programs to promote employment opportunities
- Source, screen, and refer qualified applicants to appropriate hiring managers for interviews
- Ensure all steps of the pre-selection screening process are completed and documented
- Extend offers of employment to qualified applicants, ensuring equitable compensation in line with employer policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of recruiting experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare and/or senior living recruitment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines
- Experience using platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn for recruitment purposes
