What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage scheduling of phone, video, and onsite interviews, balancing multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience
- Assess applicants' resumes and applications for alignment with job requirements
- Conduct phone or video screenings to evaluate basic qualifications and cultural fit for entry-level positions
- Manage the offer process, including preparation, extension, and negotiation of offers in compliance with company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruiting support role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience working with applicant tracking systems within an HRIS
- High School Diploma or GED
