What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and create effective sourcing strategies
- Lead talent attraction initiatives through innovative marketing and employer branding efforts
- Drive candidate engagement with a high-touch experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate data in internal staffing systems in real time
- Manage the Employee Referral Program and vendor relationships to optimize performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with speed and precision
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms
- Background in high-volume recruitment, especially for customer-facing roles
- Strong marketing mindset and proficiency in social media
- Event coordination and candidate engagement experience
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
