What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract a large pool of candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-volume hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry
- Prior talent acquisition experience in a customer service-oriented environment
- Experience managing relationships and partnering with multiple hiring managers
- Proactive mindset with solutions-driven approach
- Fluency in English and Spanish languages
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for recruitment processes
- Familiarity with compliance and local labor laws related to recruitment
