      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, coordinate, and execute all phases of the recruiting process for assigned positions, including posting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure understanding of the recruitment process and assist in developing structured interview questionnaires
      - Research, develop, and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent
      - Assist with internship recruiting and onboarding, as well as managing the employee referral program
      - Maintain compliance standards for HR recordkeeping related to recruiting and assist with information gathering and reporting as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field from an accredited college/university and two (2) years of full life cycle recruiting experience; or
      - Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field from an accredited college/university and four (4) years of full life cycle recruiting experience; or
      - High school diploma and a minimum of six (6) years of full life cycle recruiting experience
      - Experience in sourcing both passive and active candidate markets, conducting interviews, and working in a Human Capital Management (HCM) system
      - Strong knowledge of recruiting practices and employment-related laws and regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Experience working in Human Resources for State or Local Government in North Carolina preferred
      - Experience in healthcare recruitment strongly preferred
      - Experience in IT recruitment desired
      - Knowledge of Human Resources reporting and data
