What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with leadership to identify and address current and future staffing needs
- Review applications, schedule, and conduct interviews for various roles
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
- Assist in negotiating and extending conditional offers of employment
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance employer branding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related recruiting experience in an HR role
- Experience developing and implementing social media campaigns for talent acquisition
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal HR laws
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting for a multi-site organization across various organizational levels and position types
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR file audits
