What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement recruitment and staffing strategies for assigned departments
- Manage all aspects of the recruiting process from non-exempt through Director level positions
- Coordinate recruitment events and campaigns to attract diverse candidate pipelines
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidate qualifications with job requirements
- Communicate compensation offers and benefit packages to candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate complex topics to a diverse audience
- Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of recruiting practices and HR processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
- Prior healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media sourcing
