      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with leaders to identify staffing needs and create/update job postings
      - Review applications and conduct interviews for various roles
      - Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
      - Assist managers with job offer negotiations and background checks
      - Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the employer brand

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years' related recruiting experience in an HR role
      - Experience with recruiting for a multi-site organization preferred
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Knowledge of local, state, and federal HR laws
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS database

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing and implementing social media campaigns to attract applicants
      - Familiarity with various organizational levels and position types in recruitment
