  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Grow & Process and Retail teams, from intake to onboarding
  - Source candidates through various channels including job boards, local outreach, and recruiting events
  - Conduct interviews and support hiring managers through the offer and negotiation stages
  - Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and best hiring practices
  - Maintain accurate reporting of candidate pipelines and hiring progress through dashboards
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience required
  - Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and job boards
  - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage hiring events and recruiting campaigns
  - Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  - Willingness to travel up to 25% to visit local dispensaries, grow sites, and community partners
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  - Internal recruiting or cannabis industry experience preferred
  - Experience using behavioral interview techniques across various roles and functions
  - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
