      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and manage interview scheduling across time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders
      - Support the full-cycle recruiting process from job postings to offer stage across multiple functions
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure compliance and consistency
      - Draft and post compelling job descriptions on internal and external platforms
      - Track key recruiting metrics and generate regular reports for the Talent team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands
      - Proven success supporting multiple roles and hiring managers across corporate functions
      - Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
      - Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
