- Maintain and update recruitment systems and records accurately.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Strong ability to partner with business leaders and translate hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends, tools, and best practices.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Must be based in the Philippines, with experience hiring locally to support building and scaling a regional team.
