      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and candidate profiles
      - Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialized or high-priority roles in the U.S. and Canada
      - Screen candidates through resume reviews, phone screens, and video interviews
      - Prepare and present offer letters in line with internal compensation guidelines
      - Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows within the applicant tracking system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
      - 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with proven success in both U.S. and Canadian markets
      - Strong knowledge of employment practices and compliance requirements in both U.S. and Canadian markets
      - Experience using ATS platforms (UKG preferred) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
      - Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the land and right-of-way industry or infrastructure-related sectors
      - Ability to manage multiple searches with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail
      - Flexible and self-motivated, capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
