      Overview:

      The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees within our multi-state retail and production facilities. The ideal candidate will help streamline hiring processes, improve candidate and stakeholder experience, and attract top talent for our fast-growing cannabis company.

      Job Responsibilities:
      • Partner with hiring managers across retail, cultivation, and production to identify and hire both non-exempt and exempt level roles.
      • Assist in rolling out standardized interview processes across our multi-state retail dispensaries.
      • Open and post jobs to our careers page and external job boards, tracking candidate workflow in our ATS (Greenhouse).
      • Source and screen applicants, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews with the hiring teams.
      • Support our expansion efforts by partnering with District Managers & Retail Leadership to assess staffing needs and hire for new store openings.
      • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
      • Facilitate the hand-off for onboarding, which includes working closely with our licensing specialist to ensure new hires are badged in compliance with state regulations.
      • Partner with HR team members to share best practices, cross-train, and exchange business updates.
      • Other duties as assigned to support overall HR and Talent team initiatives.

      Qualifications:
      • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally within retail or production.
      • Experience recruiting across a multi-state organization with proven success in a high-volume environment.
      • Current knowledge on recruitment methods and processes with expertise using social media tools, sponsored ads, job boards, and industry networking events.
      • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
      • Ability to gain confidence and credibility with hiring managers and being comfortable working with various levels within the organization.
      • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritizing appropriately to support the business.
      • Clear communicator, in both verbal and written interactions.
      • Ability to identify new sourcing strategies, and enthusiasm for trying new things.
      • A self-starter, who is proactive and willing to jump into any task
