What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service to employment candidates, assisting with job applications and the hiring process
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, answering phones, and filing
- Conduct activities related to the hiring process such as background checks and compliance documentation
- Source and screen candidates from multiple internal and external pools
- Update the Applicant Tracking System in real-time with candidate information and interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Technical skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Construction, and/or Nuclear Industries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of employment laws/compliance
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Management Systems
- Strong multitasking abilities and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
