      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer service to employment candidates, assisting with job applications and the hiring process
      - Perform administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones, and filing
      - Conduct background checks, drug screenings, and ensure compliance with hiring processes
      - Source and screen candidates from various internal and external pools
      - Update the Applicant Tracking System in real-time with candidate information and interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
      - Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - Technical skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Prior experience in administration, human resources, industrial construction, and/or nuclear industries

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of employment laws/compliance
      - Experience in a fast-paced corporate office environment
      - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Management Systems
