What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for operational and administrative staff
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system workflow
- Build and nurture relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand market needs
- Partner with caregiver recruitment to assist with high-volume hiring as necessary
- Proactively source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting
- Experience managing 15+ open positions for professional-level roles
- Proven ability to source candidates through resume databases
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide performance metrics
- Education level: Associate degree or higher; must be at least 18 years of age

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is strongly preferred
- Ability to provide three professional references from supervisors or cross-functional partners
