What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates via phone, email, and online platforms to introduce opportunities
- Conduct friendly and informative phone screens to learn about candidates' skills and career goals
- Schedule interviews and coordinate details for a smooth hiring process
- Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Engage with candidates regularly to answer questions and keep them informed throughout the process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of recruiting or related HR experience, including military experience, internships, or part-time work
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and employment law fundamentals
- Strong compliance mindset with the ability to follow established recruitment processes and applicable laws
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with an ATS or CRM is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
