What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and drive programs to build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Collaborate with state teams on recruitment needs and pipeline creation
- Forecast hiring needs based on business and workforce growth plans
- Manage candidate experience from application to hire, including background checks and OIG reports
- Attend school career fairs and annual conferences as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of recruitment experience specifically in ABA
- Minimum one year of experience with an Applicant Tracking System
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external contacts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of iCIMS is a plus
