What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and deliver the full recruitment cycle process for all levels of searches
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a fluid and consistent hiring process
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment process including pre-screening, interviewing, shortlisting, referencing, and offer presentation
- Act as a key liaison for new team members to ensure all needs are met for onboarding
- Attend career fairs and community events for recruiting and company recognition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of retail and/or high-volume recruitment experience
- Experience in temp staffing agency or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
- Verbal and written fluency in English; Quebecois French is a bonus
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Management, or related field
- Attendance required for some evening and weekend recruitment events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in light industrial, automotive, mechanical, or mining recruitment
- Experience in candidate sourcing for rural locations across Canada
