      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive experience for stakeholders
      - Provide counsel to hiring teams on market trends, compensation, and candidate skills
      - Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to track progress and recommend improvements
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback
      - Participate in Talent Acquisition projects aimed at enhancing recruitment processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree required
      - Minimum of 5 years of professional recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting
      - Proven skills in sourcing and attracting top talent, with a talent advisor mentality
      - Ability to leverage data to influence recruitment strategy
      - Experience working in ambiguous environments and on virtual teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Combination of corporate and executive search experience
      - Strong influencing skills with hiring managers
      - Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics tools
      - Experience in a global recruitment setting
