What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and secure top talent
- Develop and execute creative strategies for sourcing and engaging candidates
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide guidance
- Manage the recruitment process from screening resumes to onboarding
- Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience
- Experience as a full lifecycle recruiter
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and demonstrated screening and interviewing skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage a high-volume workload
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- PHR certification
- Proven track record of innovative recruiting initiatives and campaigns
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Experience in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Human Resource policies and regulations
