What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage logistics of the recruiting process, including event planning, candidate pipeline development, and interview coordination
- Cultivate relationships with candidates and provide excellent customer service throughout the hiring process
- Incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies in all aspects of recruiting
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make recommendations for improvement
- Lead and execute strategic projects as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years of recruiting, HR, or relevant experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- High level of computer and database proficiency
