      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical roles
      - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
      - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies
      - Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear and engaging communication
      - Maintain accurate and updated data in the Applicant Tracking System

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the tech industry
      - Strong sourcing skills with the ability to utilize multiple channels and creative approaches
      - Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers and influence decisions using data and insights
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in English and German (both written and spoken)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with employer branding initiatives and improving candidate experience
      - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment metrics
      - Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition
