- Experience recruiting for Engineering and Maintenance roles (e.g., Building Engineers, HVAC Technicians)
- Full life-cycle recruitment experience
- High-volume recruitment (40+ requisitions)
- Experience managing multiple project-based requests simultaneously

- Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising strategies
- Source candidates using various social media platforms and professional networks
- Support internal and external sourcing and placement of candidates
- Recommend enhancements to recruitment processes
- Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, compliance, and career planning
- Track staffing and recruiting efforts to ensure regulatory compliance
- Recruit for roles ranging from entry-level to senior and executive-level positions
- Apply in-depth knowledge to solve complex recruitment challenges and offer innovative solutions
- Coach peers and share expertise across job disciplines
- Lead by example and model CLIENT RISE values
- Build consensus and influence stakeholders
- Impact customer, operational, and project activities across teams
- Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 5–8 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Strong judgment and analytical skills using multiple data sources
- Creative problem-solving and willingness to challenge existing solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
- Ability to perform moderately complex math (percentages, fractions, financial calculations)
