  Talent Acquisition Sr Partner
  100% Remote (Candidates preferred in CST or EST)
  07/14/2025 to 10/14/2025 (potential for extension)
  Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

  • Experience recruiting for Engineering and Maintenance roles (e.g., Building Engineers, HVAC Technicians)
  • Full life-cycle recruitment experience
  • High-volume recruitment (40+ requisitions)
  • Experience managing multiple project-based requests simultaneously
  Good Candidate:
  • Full life-cycle recruitment experience

  • Experience managing multiple project-based requests
  
  Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising strategies
  • Source candidates using various social media platforms and professional networks
  • Support internal and external sourcing and placement of candidates
  • Recommend enhancements to recruitment processes
  • Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, compliance, and career planning
  • Track staffing and recruiting efforts to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Recruit for roles ranging from entry-level to senior and executive-level positions
  • Apply in-depth knowledge to solve complex recruitment challenges and offer innovative solutions
  • Coach peers and share expertise across job disciplines
  • Lead by example and model CLIENT RISE values
  • Build consensus and influence stakeholders
  • Impact customer, operational, and project activities across teams
  • Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively
  
  Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 5–8 years of relevant recruitment experience
  • Strong judgment and analytical skills using multiple data sources
  • Creative problem-solving and willingness to challenge existing solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
  • Ability to perform moderately complex math (percentages, fractions, financial calculations)
