      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Management to plan and communicate team goals
      - Supervise daily operations and provide leadership to a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
      - Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures for effective recruitment
      - Create and post job requisitions, screen candidates, and assist in the recruiting process
      - Develop creative strategies to attract and assess diverse talent

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in HR management or related field preferred
      - Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a supervisory role
      - Ten (10) or more years' experience in recruitment, sales, or a relevant role
      - Comprehensive knowledge of HR legal aspects and recruiting techniques
      - Must possess a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the U.S.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements and Service Contract Act (SCA)
      - Organizational experience in government contracting environments
      - SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred; SHRM-SCP or SPHR a plus
      - Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
