  POSITION OBJECTIVE

  • Ensure seamless execution of the Recruitment process in early stages with candidates (First contact, schedule management, documentation organization, completion of internal formats and policies follow up) promoting our employer brand as the best choice.

  YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support with onboarding process and activities

  • Develop welcome strategies for new employees

  • Process flow chart creation

  • Support in hiring process, screenings, interviews

  • Organize Onboarding

  • Support with invoices

  • Support with job fairs and university visits

  • Support organizing events

  • Communication with Universities

  SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of excel

  • Desirable knowledge of Google tools

  • Intermediate/Advance English

  • Organized

  • Proactive

  • Problem solving

  • Autonomous

  Education:

  • Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Psychology, Communication, Accounting or similar

  • At least 12 months to graduate.

  Language:

  • Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.

  • English written and verbal (Min: 80%)

  • Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
