Make an impact — from near or far

At SNHU, you'll have the option to work remotely in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

We ask that our remote employees have access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, properly equipped workspace that is free of distractions. Employees must reside in, and work from, one of the above approved states.

      The opportunity

The Talent Attraction team directly impacts our learners by sourcing and hiring for top, diverse talent, growing SNHU in our mission to transform lives through the power of education. As a Talent Attraction Partner, you will report to a Lead Talent Attraction Partner and collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to source and acquire talent in a high volume space, managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work with your hiring managers and Human Resource Business Partners to understand their hiring goals, sourcing and screening for top, diverse talent in the marketplace. As a Talent Attraction Partner, you will have access to Workday, our Applicant Tracking System, and other technological platforms to support more inclusive and efficient recruitment practices and a streamlined candidate experience. This is a fully remote position.

      What you'll do:

      • Be a trusted advisor to the business. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs at the technical and result level, and provide knowledge of our talent competitors and feeder pipelines. You consult Hiring Managers on the skills and experience of candidates relative to the success profile.
      • Guide the recruitment process. You will coach and assist managers through the recruiting cycle. You will consult with leaders on the specifics of their hiring need, then source and screen candidates to present to hiring managers. You will manage the interview, feedback and decision process.
      • Develop and execute successful recruiting plans. You will build recruitment strategies to identify and source top, diverse talent. You will be the subject matter expert on the competitive landscape and on creative sourcing techniques. You will be a brand ambassador for the University's employer branding efforts and lead diversity hiring goals across state lines. You will assess, troubleshoot, and take appropriate actions.
      • Build talent pools and provide an excellent candidate experience. You will utilize recruitment technology to promote our employer brand and the benefits of working for the University to grow our talent community. You will also use your personal brand and approach to attract candidates and bring them through a streamlined recruitment process.
      • Grow your professional network and talent attraction expertise. You will develop relationships within and outside of the organization as you enhance your personal brand. You will work in collaboration with leadership to identify professional development opportunities that will contribute to your individual growth.

      What we're looking for:

      • One year experience in a candidate, customer or client-focused role
      • Experience meeting deliverables and set targets
      • Experience anticipating and adapting based on varying business needs
      • Demonstrated proficiency with technology

We believe real innovation comes from inclusion - where different experiences, perspectives and talents are celebrated. So if you're wondering whether SNHU is right for you, take the leap and apply. You might be just the person we're looking for.

      Exceptional benefits (because you’re exceptional)

You’re the whole package. Your benefits should be, too. As a full-time employee at SNHU, you’ll get:

      • High-quality, low-deductible medical insurance

      • Low to no-cost dental and vision plans

      • 5 weeks of paid time off (plus almost a dozen paid holidays)

      • Employer-funded retirement

      • Free tuition program

      • Parental leave

      • Mental health and wellbeing resources

  • About the company

At SNHU, we put our mission to work — and it makes for much more than your typical 9 to 5. In fact, it’s one of many reasons we’ve been voted one of The Chronicle of Higher Education’s best colleges to work for every year since its inception. We’re proud to hold that title, because it shows that even as we grow, we’re still committed to creating opportunities – both for our learners and our employees. From online faculty and staff positions to work study opportunities for campus learners, we offer a supportive space to start or continue a career in higher education.
