Job Description

- Support senior team driving the development and roll-out of ASOS’s newly reimagined global talent strategy.
- Relationship management – working with a broad remit of industry contacts, ranging across but not limited to, talent and model agents, influencers and talent, VIPs, and internal stakeholders to always ensure our content approach is in line with our target audience.
- Management of your own designated talent pool to ensure best in class relationships and continued maintenance of key business contacts in the talent space.
- Support with end-to-end talent management and admin, including but not limited to; talent briefing, talent negotiation, closing a deal, contracting, reporting, and ensuring all content is posted within schedule.
- Understand the needs of a project to identify and present fresh, relevant talent aligned with the brand to key stakeholders on a project-by-project basis.
- Develop and present talent decks on a project-by-project basis.
- Regularly update and maintain internal talent documents/decks.
- Practice the use of our talent management platform to ensure all content briefs are accurately serviced and administered through the relevant business tools.
- Support on business reporting on talent led activations that support wider marketing function.
- Support the senior leadership team with strategy development of how to build and grow ASOS’ talent community to maximise results, including ASOS’ upcoming owned brand ambassador programme.
- Responsible for casting the talent with our AMG (ASOS Media Group) campaigns. Managing 3rd party brand briefs and client expectations whilst ensuring the casting feels aligned to the ASOS brand.
- Work with ASOS legal team to support talent specific contract templates and ensure all talent are contracted for their deliverables.
- Ensure all talent partnerships are compliant with any legal guidelines we have advised.
- Support managing ASOS press showroom appointments with your designated talent pool where relevant, to aid product seeding as part of campaign amplification from organic to paid content creation support.
- Liaising with peer level and above across the business and externally to ensure proactive and effective delivery of department / function related processes and project briefs.
- Support senior team on analytical post campaign business reporting on talent led activations that support wider marketing function.
- Co-ordinate budgets with the internal IP team / core project teams to ensure budget spends remain within forecast.
- Be a constant champion for talent in the business with one eye on what our competitors are doing.
- An enthusiastic team player with a genuine obsession for all things content related, especially in the remit of VIPs, talent, and content creators.
- Existing relationships and contacts within the VIP, influencer, talent, and talent management / agency space.
- Experience working directly with influencers, talent, and agents across a spectrum of project briefs ranging from organic to sponsored.
- Negotiating experience is preferred.
- A solid understanding of social media landscapes. Particularly Instagram, TikTok and YouTube social platforms.
- Fully immersed in youth culture and digital trends.
- Harbouring a real interest in the development of the digital media and social media landscapes.
- Excellent organisation skills, and the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to act as an ambassador for the ASOS brand in all capacities.
- An interest in fashion, trends and pop culture our 20-something audience love.

Job Description
About The Role
You will play a huge part in ensuring ASOS’s influencer marketing is best in class. With a totally refreshed approach, you’ll be a key player in defining how ASOS works with talent in the form of content creators, influencers, celebrities & our ASOS Insiders. This is to raise awareness of ASOS across new touchpoints and elevate our brand across our various content channels for our customers in all territories. The Talent Executive will work across multiple project briefs, but with a primary focus on the mid/long-tail benefit of delivering brand growth through excellent, engaging talent led content campaigns that resonate with fashion loving 20 somethings.
You’ll manage a talent roster (including VIP’s), that you will service end to end, from sourcing new talent for ASOS, gifting, brand onboarding, hosting at events and delivering on campaign fulfilment. It will be your responsibility to ensure that our core talent audience, and your own personal talent pool are obsessed with ASOS, have a great experience working with us, and always want to do more.
