      Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and help support important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability.

      We call our human resources group the Talent Team, reflecting how important our people are to the success of the EY organization. Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy and solutions including the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firm’s employees achieve their goals.

      Talent Enablement is a core function within the Talent Team, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment, Onboarding and People Data Administration support.

      About the opportunity

      The Talent Enablement Administrative Assistant is responsible for completing assigned HR functional transactions or work activities in Recruitment in accordance to the established policies, procedures and service level agreements (SLA) whilst building positive relationships with team members.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Attend to HR functional inquiries, requests and transactions as assigned in accordance to established policies and procedures
      • Ensure all assigned tasks such as offer letter, interview arrangement are processed, documented and delivered within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) at a quality standard. Ensure work instructions are diligently followed. Escalate issues as needed
      • Ensure all new process updates are incorporated while processing transactions
      • Respond to client’s requests and inquiries, exercise good judgment in applying concepts and guidelines
      • Follow through on assigned tasks and takes ownership on results, effectively prioritize assignments, identify, report and escalate issues and challenges to Supervisor
      • Respond to emails and inquires on timely manner
      • Prepare operational reports as and when required
      • Identify and recommend potential area for process improvement

      To qualify for the role, you must have:

      • Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer oriented. A strong team player.
      • Good command of spoken and written English
      • Display positive attitude. Receptive to new challenge and change with an open mind. Demonstrate high commitment level.
      • Good organization, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to exercise good judgment on day to day work activities
      • Proactive. Takes initiative, attentive to details, process driven and ability to efficiently process high volume transactions
      • Flexible to meet peak period, specific demands and client’s requirements
      • Excellent key-boarding and data entry skills
      • Familiar with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as SuccessFactors would be an advantage

      Ideally, you’ll also have:

      • A graduate qualification
      • At least 2 years of work experience preferably in Shared Services and or HR Operations
