      The COGMD Talent Management Partner will play a pivotal role in fostering the growth of employees within our division. This role will design, implement and manage comprehensive talent programs aimed to develop and retain talent, leveraging enterprise standards and tailoring them to fit unique organizational needs.

      Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

      • Serving as a thought leader for talent programs and learning technology; Providing advice and support to business and HR leaders, addressing talent management related questions and requests.

      • Assisting management in evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's talent practices and recommending improvement opportunities.

      • Facilitating change management initiatives associated with talent management activities.

      • Evaluating existing curriculum or learning solutions and recommending appropriate approaches for improving the quality, cost, and value of development programs.

      • Implementing programs with efficient use of resources, including working with vendors and technology solutions, to achieve learning goals aligned to business objectives.

      What You Have – Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:

      Training and Development: Knowledge of employee training and development methodologies; ability to ensure that a target population has the knowledge and skills required to meet both tactical and strategic objectives.

      Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

      Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

      Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

      Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

      Additional Information:

      • Position is located onsite in Houston, TX

      • Relocation is available

      • Travel is up to 15%
