Partnering with hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies and job requirements.
Ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate journey aligned with Moderna’s high standards.
Leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-powered platforms to proactively source talent across multiple enterprise functions.
Utilizing recruitment analytics to improve process efficiency and support diversity hiring objectives.
Advising stakeholders on Polish labor trends, local regulations, and candidate expectations to inform hiring strategies.
Collaborating with global Talent Acquisition peers to ensure consistency across recruitment practices while meeting regional needs.
Championing Moderna’s employer brand in Poland through market insight and tailored candidate messaging.

You will act as a strategic partner to the business, bringing proactive solutions and deep local expertise to ensure Moderna secures the best talent to fuel its mission across Poland and beyond.Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field) or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment (biotech/pharma, tech, or consulting preferred).
Deep knowledge of the Polish talent market and recruitment best practices.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise business leaders.
Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred), CRM tools, and sourcing technologies.
Data-driven mindset, able to use analytics to drive hiring strategies.
Fluency in English and Polish required.
