      The Opportunity:

      Location: Remote (must live within the Midwest Region, major metro city preferred)

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our mission of inspiring and empowering our clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will act as Talent Advisor to our Field leadership store teams on both external and internal talent.

      Key Competencies: Drive Results, Collaborate, and Client Focus

      You will partner closely with our hiring managers, understanding their unique hiring needs in stores and support them in their efforts to source and hire the best candidates in the market. In addition, you will:

      • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire diverse top talent for store exempt level positions within the designated Region(s) and other positions as needed.
      • Serve as a talent advisor and liaison between candidates, hiring managers and HR partners throughout the recruiting process. This can include support with New Store Openings, Job Fair/Networking events, training, background checks, etc.
      • Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring across the organization; be understanding and flexible to shifting business needs with the ability to change priorities with ease.
      • Effectively communicates staffing-levels, recruitment data, and goals to stores, district and regional teams on a regular basis.
      • Provide training and development to Store leaders, districts and/or regions on an as-needed basis.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence and best practices in talent acquisition, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
      • Ability and expertise to work within and provide coaching to leaders regarding the ATS system.
      • Support recruitment/HR projects as needed.
      • Attend Region and District meetings as needed.

      Attract and Engage Candidates

      • Utilize various sourcing channels and creative recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates, both active and passive.
      • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
      • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
      • Communicate our company culture, values, and total rewards package to candidates.
      • Drive the offer process, including negotiation and salary recommendations, partnering with hiring managers, compensation, and HR.

      We’d love to hear from you if you have:

      • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with an agency or in-house recruiting team as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role. Retail industry experience preferred.
      • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
      • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
      • A relentless drive to find, engage and creatively connect with top talent.
      • Proven experience to create and maintain pipeline for hard to fill roles.
      • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
      • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
      • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences to every candidate you engage.
      • High level of integrity and confidentiality, handling sensitive candidate information with professionalism and discretion.
      • Work remotely while collaborating as a team.

      The annual base salary range for this position is $102,765.00 - $114,855.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
