      Compensation Range: $102,500-$135,000 PLUS BONUS

      Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

      Job Purpose

      At EnerSys the Human Resource (HR) team is empowering our people to power the future. We are looking for a Talent Programs Partner to help shape an employee experience that consistently offers and engages our staff with opportunities to grow, find challenge and fulfillment at work. Reporting to the Senior Director, DEI & Talent, this role is an opportunity for an experienced professional to invest internally on creating, updating and driving organization-wide talent management strategies including career pathway designs, competency models and development programs that result in organizational and individual effectiveness, career growth and impact. The partner will ensure that appropriate talent management & development tools, processes, and systems are available, optimized, and utilized at all levels within the organization.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • Ensure that talent management strategies are inclusive; enabling equitable outcomes and driving innovation through diverse perspectives.
      • Manage the execution and optimization of the global talent management processes such as performance management, goal setting, talent review, succession planning, and career development to ensure alignment with strategic business initiatives.
      • Ensure that organization-wide talent management and performance initiatives are data-driven by defining talent program success metrics, evaluating and documenting results, and assessing the quality and effectiveness of programs and practices.
      • Lead the company’s transformation to a skills-based talent approach to facilitate better understanding of the skills needed to drive workforce planning, effective hiring, and up-skilling and re-skilling of the company’s existing workforce.
      • Support all aspects of the program and overall strategy by establishing a center of excellence around skills taxonomy, ontology, talent architecture, job to skill and proficiency mapping, as well as employee skills profile.
      • Build a foundation to enable our employees to develop their careers at the company by developing and managing a dynamic framework of career pathways. Partner with HR/business leaders to operationalize and train people leaders and employees in the career pathway design.
      • Partner with the EnerSys Learning Academy to create personalized learning journeys, career growth programs and an internal talent marketplace that are aligned to the development plans of the career path framework.
      • Collaborate and partner on talent projects and programs, including assessment/selection tool development and validation, leadership programs, culture initiatives, change management, employee engagement, coaching, and mentoring.
      • Display a growth mindset in all activities, seek out best practice and market research and make recommendations to adapt talent management practices for continuous improvement.
      • Other duties may be assigned.

      Qualifications

      Education and/or Experience:

      • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Hospitality, or related field of study.
      • Minimum 7 years experience in a global company leading Talent Management projects or processes with proven experience in performance management, career development, succession planning, and/or high potential programs.
      • · Deep understanding of career pathway frameworks and skills ecosystem – skills inventory, talent architecture.
      • · Experience creating and supporting development programs for large scale organizations that align to talent management strategy.
      • · Demonstrated success with delivering strategic, global, cross-functional programs, including planning, scheduling, monitoring and stakeholder reporting with multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

      Skills & Qualifications:

      • · Demonstrated track record for strong knowledge of how to design and deliver high-impact solutions with a keen understanding of the needs of diverse employee populations.
      • · Strong business acumen and understanding of how talent programs integrate into and support the business cycle and achievement of business objectives.
      • · Excellent project management skills across projects of varying scope and size.
      • · Strong verbal, visual and written communications skills with the professional confidence and credibility to effectively engage with all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
      • · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision-making, enabling you to collaborate with different stakeholders to develop effective solutions to issues.
      • · Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment and demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative and team environment.
      • Ability and willingness to shift between collaboration and independent work, as well as strategic and tactical work.

      TRAVEL REQUIRED: Ability to travel up to 25%
