Execute the strategy to build a rich external talent pipeline directly linked to key roles/critical skills in our Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit. Ensuring successful conversion of talent pipeline prospects into active candidates and then hires.
Work closely with your key stakeholders to truly understand the key roles, critical skills and the current population in order to assess risk areas where the talent pipeline would need to be expanded in order to meet our future global (1-3 year horizon) talent requirements.
Build knowledge and provide insight into external talent presence to determine the best approach to engage talent and steer workforce planning.
Ensure engaged talent is shared and visible across all relevant business units and work with the Senior Executive team with reviewing the talent.
Build extensive internal and external networks through multiple channels, including attending relevant global external meetings/conferences to meet and assess talent.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
7 years’ relevant Talent Acquisition experience
Significant recruitment and candidate sourcing experience within a similar fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication (verbal, written and presentation), interpersonal and influencing skills
In-house sourcing experience, or RPO/on-site sourcing management for client roles (including high degree of stakeholder and HR interaction), or research/headhunter agency campaign management experience
Expert with use of LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools to identify and engage with top talent
Detail oriented and comfortable with analysing and presenting data
Experience of matrix team management and managing across multiple regions/geographies
Good understanding of scientific concepts/drug discovery and development process
Experience with multiple recruiting/sourcing technologies – CRM/TRM, ATS, media, etc.

What you’ll do
As the Talent Scout - Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit, your role will be akin to an in-house headhunter, responsible for creating and maintaining business critical, senior level and skillset aligned external talent pipelines.To succeed as Talent Scout you will be a ‘recruiter at heart' who has a passion and focus on the candidate experience. Your background will demonstrate expertise as a headhunter, executive recruiter or talent acquisition professional with a track record of building talent pipelines in highly technical skillsets and globally diverse locations.
