      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage end-to-end interview scheduling for candidates and panels across multiple time zones
      - Coordinate candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
      - Maintain accurate candidate records and feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
      - Source and identify candidates for open roles using various sourcing channels
      - Support recruiting events and onboarding coordination in partnership with cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent practical experience considered
      - 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or a related talent support role
      - Familiarity with ATS and scheduling tools, with a strong interest in developing sourcing skills
      - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
      - Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Interest or experience using recruiting data, automation, or AI-enabled tools
      - Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
