      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
      - Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
      - Review applications, screen qualified candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring leaders
      - Partner with other Talent Specialists to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
      - Ensure confidentiality and compliance with talent acquisition processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, or equivalent years of relevant work-related experience
      - Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and occasionally travel to partner locations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Healthcare/Nurse recruitment experience
      - Social media recruitment and sourcing experience
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create solutions
