      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
      - Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
      - Review applications to determine eligibility, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
      - Partner with other Talent Specialists and Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
      - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the talent acquisition process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
      - Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to learn new software systems
      - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet the physical demands of the job

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Healthcare or nurse recruitment experience
      - Social media recruitment and sourcing experience
