What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide recruitment and talent support for assigned agency locations
- Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
- Review applications, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage job advertisements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in the talent acquisition process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare/Nurse recruitment experience
- Social media recruitment and sourcing experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate communication skills with a positive attitude
- Willingness to travel occasionally to partner locations
