      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
      - Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
      - Review applications, screen candidates, and manage interview scheduling and job advertisements
      - Partner with other Talent Specialists and Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
      - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during the talent acquisition process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience
      - Experience in healthcare or nurse recruitment is strongly preferred
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new software systems
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Social media recruitment and sourcing experience
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create solutions for recruitment challenges
      - Compassionate communicator with a positive attitude
      - Attention to detail and strong observational skills
