What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
- Review applications, screen candidates using Behavioral Based Interviewing, and schedule interviews
- Partner with other Talent Specialists and Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company and legal standards in talent acquisition processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience required
- Experience in healthcare or nurse recruitment is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new software systems
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Social media recruitment and sourcing experience is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Compassionate communicator with a positive attitude
- Willingness to travel occasionally to partner locations
