- Support full-cycle recruitment activities for entry-level and high-volume roles
- Source active and passive candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, and social media
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, communicating professionally with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure data accuracy in Workday and assist in compliance documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet monthly hiring and retention goals
- Participate in job fairs, community outreach, and pipeline-building activities
- Track recruiting metrics and assist in preparing weekly or monthly reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 0-2 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to learn passive sourcing tools and build early-stage pipeline strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

SUMMARY
Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist I to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist I supports high-volume recruiting efforts through sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, and administrative support. This entry-level recruiting role focuses on learning core recruiting processes, tools, and systems while contributing to key hiring goals and improving the candidate experience.
